One of its standout features, Learning Spaces, ensures that users have access to real-time support and guidance from chatbots, enhancing their learning and problem-solving capabilities.
Within the Customer Portal, AI Assist offers intuitive help that surpasses traditional documentation methods, leading to a more engaging and user-friendly experience. Our Contact Centre Bots are equipped with advanced capabilities, such as the RAG Bot, which analyzes incoming messages and suggests tailored responses, and the Chat Bot, showcasing our multi-channel backend capabilities (including Whatsapp and Microsoft Teams).
Additionally, AI Assist features SDLC Assist, which streamlines the development lifecycle by generating requirement specifications, system design documents, API designs, test scripts, and test cases from transcripts.
