Job Information

Protech Solutions Inc. is a professionally managed, national provider of innovative technology and consulting services to the public and private sector. With a technological focus and expertise, Protech has established quality systems along with alliances and technology partnerships with market leaders.

Good Grid is a social impact initiative of Protech Solutions & builds collaborative case management systems for service providers and organizations which empower them to more effectively assist their clients on their path to success. Good Grid is seeking a team member who is creative, bright, detail-oriented and a critical thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. We are also looking for a personality fit – someone who is empathetic & passionate about working to make a difference in the world.

The Social Impact Analyst:

  • Represents the Good Grid professionally and responsibly.
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consults with non-profits, government agencies, and other organizations, to optimize operations through the use of Good Grid.
  • Ensures team success, stays on track and keeps the team on track as well.
  • Follows up on actions.
  • Creates documentation for process flows, use cases, and training manuals.
  • Creates excellent mockups. (we are happy to teach those who are motivated to learn!)
  • Explains flows and mockup screens for new features or changes to our international team when needed.
  • Appreciates good user interfaces. (able to look at two different apps and recognize that one app is user friendly, but the other app is not, and then figure out why)
  • Is comfortable creating content for brochures, flyers, etc. and can effectively break down complex topics or systems, into terms the client easily understands.
  • Uses tools such as writing, images, flowcharts, videos, etc. to communicate a vision to audiences of all skill levels.
  • Is flexible and helpful where needed, isn’t limited to the role or tasks that they think they fit into. “Wears many hats”.
  • Is a fast learner – someone who says “I can learn that and get this task done”. Not someone who says “I don’t know how to do that so I’m not going to try”.

Requirements:

  • Available to attend early morning and/or late evening meetings.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent writing ability.
  • Computer literacy, specifically, experience with Microsoft Office programs. (Photoshop is a bonus!) – we can teach the rest.
