Position: (IN)Training/Support Lead

Protech Solutions is searching for talent to join our team on an upcoming project in Indianapolis, Indiana. Anticipated start date is early 2020, position is on site and full time. Employment begins immediately after hire with temporary location assignments for company training/mentoring until project start date.

Training/Support Lead

Develops the initial train-the-trainer and super user training. Act as a consultant to the CSB’s Communications and Training Unit for all ongoing training and on-site support efforts.

Requirements-
3+ years of experience managing training and on-site support efforts for child support enforcement, as well as large scale system implementation projects.
