BI / Data Warehouse Lead – Nevada Project

• Technical Lead Qualifications
• A minimum of four (4) years of project management experience, within the last ten (10) years, in government or the private sector of which two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in the Child Support Enforcement environment
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last ten (10) years, managing systems architecture and development projects
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems analysis and design
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience with systems development and implementation in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
• Lead at least two (2) projects within the past five (5) years that involved designing business processes and procedures and developing new systems to support the new business processes
• Lead at least one (1) project within the past three (3) years that involved communication and coordination of activities with external stakeholders
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Project or similar software
• Demonstrated knowledge of Title IV, Part D of the Social Security Act
• Detailed knowledge of the Automated Systems for Child Support Enforcement: A Guide for States 2009

Reporting Lead

• Individual Team Member Qualifications
• Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years analyzing and modeling business processes;
• Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years designing online interfaces using the tools proposed for this project
• Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing systems in a SOA environment
• Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years developing system interfaces
• Completed at least one (1) project within the past three (3) years that involved development of course outlines and materials and organizing and conducting classes to support the implementation of new business processes and systems using the State’s e-learning software Articulate and Camtasia or similar software
• Completed at least one (1) project in the past three (3) years that involved the development of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Help Desk support processes including the development and implementation of user manuals, scripts, and training using the State’s e-learning software Articulate and Camtasia or similar software
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience developing software using Java programming language
